It's a Keeper!

 When you find a style that flatters your figure and works well for you, invest in it. You can always add bits and pieces from your wardrobe and accessories to the item to change the look and keep it original. Dont throw it out..... just reinvent the piece to give it a new look....make it a keeper.

Tangerine Dream

Ever had a tangerine dream about walking around Paris one memorable day in Autumn? Imagine enjoying the beauty and the cityscape as the sun goes down and the lights begin to twinkle in the darkness.........I think about it often!
Today I wore my tangerine slingbacks as I strolled around the South Melbourne Market. Adorning my neck was my pleated multistriped scarf in hues of tangerine...... a special find from a Parisian Flea market. My basic canvas of dark denim jeans, basic black knit and my black Jackie O sunnies controlled the intensity but made sure those special items "Shone"!

I love clothes....every day I get up and I immerse myself into the art of dressing. For like minded people I hope you get as much pleasure as I do! "Dressing" really is an art. Combining colours, textures, shapes, balance to create an overall composition that feels great and makes you look great is a delight. Once you build a generous wardrobe you have everything at your fingertips to build your style for the day. Unlike all the purists who talk the same old  basics, basics, basics....I  say yes to basics but lets add some excitement and a whole lot of it.
